Description of goods
Visual representations and descriptions on the web page are as accurate as possible, however, as all the items in the Sarah Elwick range are hand produced and finished, colours/sizes may vary slightly between each product.
Please note that all prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. Products sent by post are charged at current post office rates and are subject to change. You will be notified as to the total cost (including post and packaging) when making your transaction. All products are priced as marked on the site; however these prices may vary slightly from those of other stockists.
Making a Purchase
All goods are sold subject to availability. Online payments are either processed through ‘Not On The High Street’ (NOTHS) and their payment system, or by contacting me directly through the enquiries form on the product pages, where payment can be arranged by cheque, or BACS transfer directly with Sarah Elwick. Sarah Elwick does not store any of your credit card details on the site.
No orders will be sent until the cheque/payment has cleared. All products remain the property of Sarah Elwick until paid for.
Receiving your order
Please note that as each item is hand produced, so that if an item is out of stock, products can take upto three weeks to be dispatched, unless a shorter time frame is agreed upon with Sarah Elwick prior to this date. All postage and Packaging rates are based upon Post office rates in Great Britain and are subject to change. Special delivery can be arranged if required.
Duties and Import tax
All non UK purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes incurred at the point of entry into the destination country.
To our knowledge Sarah Elwick will never dispatch damaged or faulty goods. Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please deal with the carrier where ever possible. Retain all relevant information and never sign for a damaged package, unless you clearly state on the delivery note the state it has reached you in. Please notify Sarah Elwick by email of any damaged goods.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sarah Elwick strives to produce the highest quality of product. In the case of customer dissatisfaction please contact the company via email within a week of receiving the goods and your request will be dealt with. You can either exchange the product for another design/colourway of a similar value, or get an 80% refund. Should the goods be damaged a full refund or replacement will be provided. However no refunds will be made if the products have been used, or are not in the same state as when it was dispatched. Post and packaging are non refundable unless the goods are faulty. If returning faulty or goods for exchange please gain proof of postage as any product lost in transit will remain your responsibility and cannot be held accountable to Sarah Elwick
Orders can be cancelled within 5 days of making an order.
